Methodology and Framework Protection Methodology and Framework Protection The Life Edit™ Programs incorporate proprietary frameworks, methodologies, educational models, conceptual structures, reflective exercises, and strategic processes developed by The Life Edit Group, LLC (collectively referred to as the “Life Edit Methodology”). The Life Edit Methodology includes, but is not limited to, the application of brand strategy and human-centered design principles to personal development and life alignment, as well as the educational structures and reflective frameworks presented within Life Edit™ Programs and related materials.

Access to the Programs grants participants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to learn and apply the Life Edit Methodology for personal educational purposes only. Participation in the Programs does not grant any right to reproduce, teach, license, publish, distribute, commercialize, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Life Edit Methodology without the prior written authorization of The Life Edit Group, LLC.

Participants may not create, market, or sell programs, coaching services, workshops, educational materials, or training programs that substantially replicate or derive from the Life Edit Methodology. This restriction does not prohibit participants from offering independent coaching or consulting services that do not replicate or rely upon the Life Edit Methodology.

Any commercial use of the Life Edit Methodology, including use within coaching programs, workshops, consulting services, training programs, or educational materials, requires written licensing authorization from The Life Edit Group, LLC. Unauthorized use may constitute intellectual property infringement. The Life Edit Group, LLC reserves all rights to enforce and protect its proprietary methodologies and intellectual property under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Payments and Refund Policy Payments for digital products, courses, and programs are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Due to the digital nature of the  Programs and the immediate access to proprietary materials, all purchases are non-refundable due to immediate access to proprietary materials unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific sales page associated with the Program.

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments in the plan. You authorize The Life Edit Group, LLC’s payment processor to charge your chosen payment method on the schedule described at purchase. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of Program access without refund for amounts previously paid.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid charge under these Terms is a violation of this Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend access to all Programs and related services in the event of a chargeback and to pursue any amounts owed, including collection costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees, to the extent permitted by law.

The Life Edit Group, LLC reserves the right to modify pricing, program structure, program availability, or course offerings at any time without prior notice.

Third-Party Platforms The Programs may be delivered or facilitated through third-party platforms including but not limited to course hosting platforms, payment processors, communication tools, and social media platforms such as Facebook. The Life Edit Group, LLC does not control and is not responsible for the policies, actions, availability, security, or performance of any third-party platforms used in connection with the Website or Programs. Access to Programs may depend on the functionality and availability of such platforms.

Community Code of Conduct The Life Edit™ community spaces, including private forums, discussion groups, and social communities associated with the Programs, are designed to foster thoughtful dialogue, reflection, and respectful participation. Participants agree to engage in respectful communication and may not harass, threaten, intimidate, or otherwise harm other participants. Participants may not share private participant information without consent, post discriminatory or offensive content, promote unrelated commercial services without permission, or distribute proprietary program materials within community spaces.

The Life Edit Group, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from community platforms if their conduct disrupts the integrity or safety of the community environment. Removal from community platforms may occur without refund. The Company respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices.

AI Usage Policy for Arden™ Arden™, the Life Edit™ Clarity AI Companion, is an AI-supported reflection and learning tool designed to assist participants in exploring Life Edit™ course material. Arden provides prompts, reflections, and insights intended to support learning and exploration.

Arden does not replace professional advice, therapy, counseling, or medical guidance. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or incomplete interpretations. Arden responses may be generated automatically and may not reflect the views of The Life Edit Group, LLC. Users remain responsible for how they interpret and apply information generated through Arden.

Users agree not to attempt to manipulate, exploit, or misuse the AI system and agree not to upload confidential third-party information through Arden. The Life Edit Group, LLC reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to Arden if misuse occurs.

AI System Protection The design, structure, prompts, and educational architecture underlying Arden™ are proprietary to The Life Edit Group, LLC. Users may not reproduce, replicate, reverse engineer, or develop derivative AI systems based on Arden™ without prior written authorization from The Life Edit Group, LLC.
